What happens when you send a chat message?

To find out when others have read your message, they must turn on read receipts in Settings. On your device, open Messages . Tap More Settings. Tap Chat features. Tap Show typing indicators. On your device, open Messages . Tap More Settings. Tap Chat features. Tap Resend messages.
