If you want that a particular user should acess only that document contents then he should have atleast “Limited Acess” permission level on the site. Check those users have atleast the “Limited Acess” permission level. Have you given the acces permission to those Persons for the site in which the document library is present ???

1- Open the site and navigate the document library. 2- Highlight and tick the checkbox of that particular folder “ABC” folder. 3- From the Context menu, I click on: “Manage Permissions” option. 4- Click on: “Grant Permissions”. 5- Type the user accounts and select: “Full Control” option, and OK-Button.

My problem is that, Only one or two of the users were able to access the SharePoint Site and see that particular folder. But all the others were totally unable to access SharePoint and their web browsers have no response and showing a blank white page. Could you please help me out how to resolve this issue ?
